HEAT/ HOT YIN
Yin – experience deeper stretching with a low, slow, flow. Increasing the therapeutic benefits of Yin yoga with the additional benefit of heat, this practice focuses on holding deep stretches for an extended period (1-5 mins), targeting deep connective tissues like tendons, fascia and ligaments, in order to lengthen and release built-up tension.
