This class cleverly combines ballet Barre training (without the need for a barre) with elements of Yoga and Pilates, to create a high-energy workout with a focus on body conditioning. Targeting the core and lower body, this class will help to improve strength, flexibility, balance and posture, all whilst torching calories and toning muscles from head to toe. Using props such as resistance bands and Pilates balls, this class is designed to challenge and inspire you to reach new heights of physical fitness all whilst having fun and embracing your inner grace and strength. Suitable for beginners. 45 mins. Practised without heat.
